THE FUND PROVIDES A FORUM FOR DISCUSSING AND ENGAGING IN JOINT ACTIVITIES TO EXPAND WORK OPPORTUNITIES AND PROMOTE EFFICIENCY AND ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS.
