	The association holds an annual conference and human resources technology exposition for human resource professionals. HRMS Strategies 2013 was held at Disney's Contemporary Resort in June,2013. We offered more than 55 educational programs and eight pre-conference seminars. The conference offers an exceptional opportunity for networking among other HR professionals, a significant career enhancing tool especially for newcomers to the field. The 2013 conference had 670 attendees. The vendor exhibits at the Technology Expo allowed all registrants to explore state-of-the-art service delivery solutions. Education courses of all levels were offered, benefiting both the relatively new and the seasoned HRIM professional.

	Membership in IHRIM gives members access to a combination of networking and educational opportunities in the HR information management community. We provide - complimentary with membership - a professional networking tool that provides a member-generated online community that captures and shares important HR information management knowledge and content, as well as enhances collaboration among members. The association members are also continued to be offered free webinars as part of their educational opportunities, including access to all webinar recordings.

	Our professional certification program the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) Certification Program grew to over 400 certificants by the end of 2013. The HRIP certification exam is designed to assess the knowledge and competencies of professionals in the HR technology field. Passing the exam indicates a demonstrated comprehensive understanding and proficiency of the defined body of knowledge in HR information management.

Form 990, Part III, Line 4d: Other Program Services Description	OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: IHRIM, Inc. offers a variety of classes throughout the year. The classes are given at a number of different locations and in different formats so as to reach the largest audience possible. The instructors are all well-known and highly experienced in the human resource and human resource systems fields. Some of the courses offered in 2013 were: (1)HRIP Certification Exam Review (2) Fundamentals of HR Information Management, (3)Exceptional Leadership for HRIT Project Teams, (4)IHRIM's Successful System Implementation Course (5)Developing and Executing Your Long-term Integrated Talent Mgmt Strategy, (6)HR Metrics and Workforce Analytics Basics, (7)IHRIM's Advanced Staffing Analytics Course and (8)Design Thinking Comes to HRIS. We offered over 20 Webinars and topics included: (1)Untangling Metrics: How Citrix Used Design Thinking to Create an Exciting Metrics Environment (2)SaaS in the Trenches: Real World Pros and Cons (3)Empower your HR Department with Strategies for Visualizing Workforce Data (4)Shared Service Centers and How to Manage Them Via Technology (5)Out of Site, but Not Out of Mind: A Panel Discussion on Virtual Workforce and Productivity (6)Leveraging HR Technology to Optimize Talent and Compensation Management: Making the Most of Pay for Performance (7)The Early Bird Catches the Worm - Anatomy of a Talent Community (8)Service Agreements - Foundation for Value Creation (9)Things You Should Know About Cloud HR Solutions - Lessons from a Social Experiment and (10)Learning Technology Solutions Forecast. These educational opportunities are important to helping the HR professional stay current and expand their body of knowledge so as to be successful in the workplace. We hosted a face to face educational meeting in Dallas, Texas in February and a one day event in October in San Francisco - the Workforce Analytics Forum. Prior to the Forum, we offered our course, IHRIM's Advanced Staffing Analytics Course.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	General membership based on annual dues paid.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	The Association makes available to all the members reasonable nomination and election procedures with respect to the election of Directors by members. The Board of Directors govern the Association and report to the members at an Annual Meeting of Members.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	In general the decisions of the governing body are not subject to approval by members, however, a decision to disband IHRIM, Inc. or merge with another organization does have to go the membership for its approval as does a bylawchange that fundamentally changes the representation of a member (e.g., taking away a member's vote).
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	Working with the Finance Committee the Board of Directors will review the Form 990 at a future board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Each member of the IHRIM Board of Directors, or any of its committees, must disclose to the IHRIM Executive Committee any conflicting or potentially conflicting personal or professional interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the Board. It is then the responsibility of the Board to interpret and apply the policy to particular circumstances. Specifically, the Board may require any action it deems appropriate including but not limited to refraining from participation in any discussion or decision on such matter.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The Association's Bylaws, Code of Conduct (includes a Whistleblower policy), Conflict of Interest Policy, Policy on Use of IHRIM Name/Logo and Leadership Title and Brand Manual are all provided on IHRIM's Website at IHRIM.org.
