When conflicts are noted, members report them to the governing body for further action. Governing board meets monthly and discusses all policies and/or potential policy changes. Members have monthly meetings to stay informed of all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	Governing documents and policies such as the IBEW Constitution and the Local's By-Laws are published and distributed to the members. The financial statements are available to the members upon request.
