Form 990-EZ, Part III, Section EXEMPT PURPOSE, Line 1 The Association exists to maintain a 11.7 acre cemetery. In addition to the maintenance of cemetery grounds, the Association sells lots/grave sites and charges to administer grave openings, closings, and footings, for grave markers for burials and cremation burials within the cemetery.
Form 990-EZ, Part III, Section PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS, Line 1 In addition to cemetery general maintenance, 6 grave/cremation sites were sold in 2013 17 grave openings and closings were performed 7 grave marker footings were installed.
Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 34 At their October 8, 2013 quarterly meeting, the Associations Board of Directors voted to change the organizations bylaws regarding the frequency of meetings of the Board. The change was from the bylaw requirement to hold QUARTERLY meetings January, April, July and October to the new meeting requirement of SEMI-ANNUAL meetings April and October. No other changes relative to the meeting date, second Tuesday of the month notification of meetings by Clerk or President and the posting of meeting notices in two public lications in Manchester were amended.
