ALL NECESSARY SALARY COMPARABLES, SALARY RANGE RECOMMENDATIONS, AND STAFF SUPPORT WILL BE OBTAINED AND PROVIDED AS NEEDED. 1) IN SPRING, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WILL HAVE A PREPARED SELF-ASSESSMENT COMPLETED BASED UPON ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GOALS. A MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE WILL E-MAIL OUT THE SELF-ASSESSMENT ALONG WITH A SURVEY TO ALL BOARD MEMBERS WITH RESULTS SENT TO COMMITTEE MEMBER. 2) THE INFORMATION WILL BE COMPILED BY THE COMMITTEE MEMBER. AFTER THAT, A MEETING WILL BE HELD WITH THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIR OF THE BOARD TO DISCUSS PERFORMANCE AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS (IF ANY) AND FRINGE BENEFITS. BECAUSE THE BUDGET IS PRESENTED AT THE MAY TRUSTEE MEETING, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S SALARY INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE BY THE MAY MEETING AND WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE MINUTES.
