What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To assist sight impaired individuals.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Assisted sight impaired low income individuals by paying for or assisting in paying for eye exams and corrective lenses and surgery. During the past fiscal year, 133 individuals were assisted with the cost of eye exams at $55 each, and 131 vouchers for $50 each were given out to assist with the cost of corrective lenses. Also helped an individual with $500 toward eye disease expenses, and paid $600 for cataract surgery assistance to the MT Lions Sight & Hearning Foundation.
