What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE BUREAU WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE A MEANS THROUGH WHICH MEMBERS OF THE VOLUMETRIC MIXER MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY MAY COORDINATE EFFORTS IN HANDLING ISSUES OF COMMON CONCERN.
