THE MASSACHUSETTS HIGHER EDUCATION CONSORTIUM IS COMPRISED OF AN UNINCORPORATED GROUP OF NONPROFIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, CHARTER AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, MUNICIPALITIES INCLUDING ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, POSTSECONDARY SCHOOLS AND EDUCATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED WITHIN NEW ENGLAND.
