What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE SOUTHAMPTON BUSINESS ALLIANCE IS TO PROMOTE AND ACHIEVE AN ACCEPTABLE BALANCE BETWEEN THE ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON.
