ANY JEWISH ADULT INDIVIDUAL (AGE EIGHTEEN OR OLDER) WHO MAKES PAYMENT OR A CONTRIBUTION OF NOT LESS THAN THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00) TO THE FEDERATION'S ANNUAL CAMPAIGN, OR TO ANY CAMPAIGN CONDUCTED IN LIEU OF THE ANNUAL CAMPAIGN, SHALL BE A VOTING MEMBER FOR THE FISCAL YEAR IN RESPECT TO WHICH SUCH PAYMENT IS MADE AND UNTIL ADJOURNMENT OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ORGANIZATION HELD THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
