Part XIII (990-PF) - Undistributed Income Part XIII (990-PF) - Undistributed Income In 2013, TIFF Charitable (the "Foundation") discovered that on its Form 990-PF for taxable year ending December 31, 2012, Parts X and XI were not recorded properly. The Foundation would not have been subject to an underdistribution penalty under 4942 in respect of its undistributed income for 2012 if the average value of the assets had been properly recorded in Part X of the 2012 annual return. Therefore, the Foundation has chosen not to amend Form 990-PF for taxable year ending December 31, 2012. Instead, the Foundation has adjusted the 2012 undistributed income reported in Part XIII of Form 990-PF for year ending December 31, 2013 to reflect the correction. Additionally, the Foundation has adjusted the 2012 net value of noncharitable-use assets reported in Part V of the 2013 annual return to reflect the correction described herein.
