THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING COMPETITIVE EARNINGS OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE PGA TOUR, INC., CHAMPIONS TOUR, WEB.COM TOUR, PGA TOUR LATINOAMERICA, AND PGA TOUR CANADA; PROTECTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME; AND HELPING GROW THE REACH OF THE GAME IN THE U.S. AND AROUND THE WORLD.

THIS IS PRIMARILY ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH MANAGING AND CO-SPONSORING PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENTS, SECURING CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP OF TOURNAMENTS AND OTHER PROGRAMS, SECURING TELEVISION EXPOSURE FOR ITS PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENTS, AND BUILDING THE PGA TOUR, INC. BRAND. BY MANAGING AND CO-SPONSORING FIVE DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT DIVISIONS (PGA TOUR, CHAMPIONS TOUR, WEB.COM TOUR, PGA TOUR LATINOAMERICA, AND PGA TOUR CANADA - COLLECTIVELY THE PGA TOUR), PGA TOUR, INC. PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE TOURING PROFESSIONAL GOLFER TO COMPETE AND EARN PRIZE MONEY AND BENEFITS WHILE GROWING THE GAME BY EXPOSING IT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH THEIR ATTENDANCE AND TELEVISION VIEWING. IN 2013, THE FIVE TOURS COLLECTIVELY HELD OVER 120 TOURNAMENTS. TOTAL PRIZE MONEY AND BENEFITS EARNED THROUGH COMPETITION BY PROFESSIONAL GOLFERS ACROSS THE FIVE TOURS IN 2013 EXCEEDED $515 MILLION. THESE TOURNAMENTS WERE PLAYED IN AT LEAST 34 U.S. STATES AND 13 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES IN 2013, ALLOWING PEOPLE OF MANY NATIONALITIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE FIRST-HAND THE SPORT OF PROFESSIONAL GOLF. PGA TOUR, INC. SECURES TELEVISION COVERAGE FOR ITS TOURNAMENTS THROUGH AGREEMENTS WITH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTERS AND CABLE CHANNELS. IN 2013, PGA TOUR, INC. TELEVISION COVERAGE REACHED NEARLY 1 BILLION HOUSEHOLDS IN 225 COUNTRIES AND IN 32 LANGUAGES. IN ADDITION TO TELEVISION COVERAGE, THE PGA TOUR IS EMBRACING DIGITAL MEDIA ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING A SUBSIDIARY'S WEBSITE PGATOUR.COM. THE PGA TOUR CONTINUES TO GROW SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS SUCH AS FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND BLOGGING THROUGH A SUBSIDIARY IN ORDER TO BRING THE PLAYERS CLOSER TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, VOLUNTEERS, AND SPONSORS. THE MISSION OF GROWING THE GAME OF GOLF IS ENHANCED THROUGH TELEVISION, CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS AND THE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BUILDING THE PGA TOUR, INC BRAND. AND ITS TOURNAMENTS GENERATED MORE THAN $133 MILLION OF CHARITABLE DONATIONS IN THE COMMUNITIES WHERE THE EVENTS WERE PLAYED BENEFITTING MORE THAN 3,000 CHARITIES.
