Part X, Line 2:	The Fund is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code; therefore, there is no provision for federal or state income taxes in these financial statements. The Fund has adopted Financial Accounting Standard Board (FASB) Accounting Standard Codification (ASC) 740, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, which prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties and disclosures required. The Fund's determination as a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization is considered a tax position subject to the requirements of ASC 740. For the years ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, there were no unrecognized tax benefits related to this tax position and the Fund does not believe it is reasonably possible that there will be a significant change in unrecognized tax benefits within twelve months of the reporting date. The Fund recognizes interest and penalties, if any, related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense. The Fund did not have any accrued liabilities or expense for interest or penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits for the years ended June 30, 2014 and 2013. The Fund has federal tax returns that remain subject to examination by taxing authorities for tax periods 2011 through 2013.
