Part X, Line 2:	The Association believes that it has appropriate support for any tax position taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The Association files its forms 990 in the U.S. federal jurisdiction and various states. The Association is generally no longer subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service for years before 2010. The Association recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in operating expenses, however no such interest or penalties were recognized during the period presented. The Association had no accruals or expenses for interest and penalties at and for the years ending June 30, 2014 and 2013.
