Minutes of the meeetings are retained at the Association's office.Communication with MembersInformation from each Board meeting is communicated with the general membership in an "Info. Newsletter". That responsibility vest with the elected district representatives.The bi-laws contain provisions whereby concerned members can request a special meeting to discuss and resolve their concerns. |
