Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The management of HCAA believes that the organization is operating in a manner so as to continue to qualify as a tax-exempt organization. The Organization recognizes potential accrued interest and penalties pertaining to income tax related issues, if any, as income tax expense. During the years ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, HCAA paid $ 119 and $16 in federal and state income tax on unrelated advertising income but no penalties or interest were recorded. The management of HCAA evaluates all tax positions and makes a determination regarding their likelihood of being upheld under review. During the years ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, HCAA did not have any uncertain tax positions for which it recorded a tax liability. The Organization believes it is no longer subject to federal income tax examinations for the years prior to June 30, 2010.
