Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Mentored and provided program services to teenage girls, including financial workshops, cultural activities, scholarships, SAT prep and community services, reached an audience of 15-20 teenage girls. The year culminated with a Debutante Ball, talent and awards presentations. Reached an audience of approximately 300.

We had to secure a new EIN and were directed not to submit until we received confirmation that our Chapter was listed under our Parent organization - SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY, INC. After several attempts to the Telephone Assistance for Exempt Organizations, etc. at 1-800-829-4933, I finally talked with a representative who confirmed our paperwork was in and processed. She provided me the Group Exemption No. as confirmation.
