Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Credit unions are cooperative savings and credit associations incorporated under Act #260 of May 1993, oar Act #183 of Sept. 1961 for the purpose of promoting thrift among its members. Also to create a source of credit for such members at reasonable rates to use and control their own money on a democratic basis in order to improve their own economic and social condition.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	As defined by the Federal Credit Union Act, each accountholder is considered a voting member.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	As required by the Federal Credit Union Act, every credit union is required to hold an 'Annual Meeting' where its members elect the Officers, Directors,and Committee Members that represent the credit unions' membership. In addition, anytime a bylaw amendment is necessary a special meeting of the membership must be held and the bylaw amendment needs to be voted on by the members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	When the need for a bylaw amendment arises, a 'Special Meeting' needs to be called and the members need to vote on the bylaw amendment.
