Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Navopache Electric Coopeative, Inc. is an electric distribution cooperative providing safe, reliable, and convenient electric service. Each customer receiving electric service from the cooperative is a member with a vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Cooperavive membership approval is required by mail ballot for all by-law changes. Cooperative members elect board members by mail ballot, by district, on a one member one vote basis. Board members are elected to a four year term. Navopache Electric Cooperative's service territory includes parts of Arizona and New Mexico, and is regulated by the Arizona Corpotation Commission and the New Mexico Public Regulatory Commission.

Board members are elected to the board by district, on a one member one vote basis. Depatment Heads and all salaried compensations are deteremined by a independent compensation study, consisting of; job knowledge, organizational leadership, organizational impact, complexity of work, and communication skills needed to advance the interests of the cooperative. Ths study uses comparable data from other industry cooperatives.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All board policies are available upon request. A general call to members is announced at each regularly scheduled monthly board meetings, individual cooperative members may present questions at this time. The cooperative issues a monthly newsletter to each member each month, regularly scheduled board meetings and times are listed in the newsletter. A general call to members is announced at each reglualry scheduled monthly board meeting. A call to members is also scheduled at each annual meeting. A summary of the year-end Financial Statement is mailed to each member prior to the annual meeting through the monthly newsletter. All monthly newsletters are also available at www.navopache.org.
