What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We conduct several Continuing Legal Education conferences during the year. There are usually at least four one day CLE seminars in the Denver area; one on the Western Slope of Colorado and one in Colorado Springs. In addition we keep the memebership informed on state law changes effecting their practice.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.

In addition we keep the memebership informed on state law changes effecting their practice. These confernces or seminars permit our members to stay abreast of changing issues in their field and helps them compy with the State Supreme Court's Continuing Education requirements. Approxamately 85 members benefited from the conferenses.
