What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO CREATE A STATEWIDE NETWORK OF ORGANIZATIONS HELPING EACH OTHER GROW AND PROSPER THROUGH THE USE OF LEAN TECHNIQUES AND CULTURE.

28 THE IOWA LEAN CONSORTIUM WAS FORMED TO CREATE A STATEWIDE NETWORK OF ORGANIZATIONS HELPING EACH OTHER GROW AND PROSPER THROUGH THE USE OF LEAN TECHNIQUES AND CULTURE.THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED NINE EVENTS TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR EDUCATION AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION REGARDING WAYS TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT AND IMPROVE PRACTICES AND PROCESSES OF BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENT, EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE IN THE STATE OF IOWA.WE MAINTAIN A WEB SITE TO ALLOW MEMBERS ACCESS TO VARIOUS TRAINING AND OTHER LEAN INFORMATION, AND TO ACCESS A CALENDAR WHERE MEMBERS CAN SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN EACH OTHER'S LEAN EVENTS AND INTERNAL TRAINING SESSIONS.WE CREATED A GROUP PRESENCE ON LINKEDIN, TWITTER AND FACEBOOK FOR MEMBERS TO DIALOGUE AND SHARE INFORMATION.
