What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To revitalize downtown Gardnerville utilizing design, organization, promotion, and economic restructuring to develop the unique identity and preserve the historic nature of our community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 With the intent to promote the Main Street part of Gardnerville Nevada, the Organization put on several activities as follows: Adopt a Pot, which hangs flowering baskets form the main street light poles; Decorative Bench, which decorates the main street benches during the holidays; Merry Main Street, which decorates the the main street during the holidays; Wine Walk, where participants visit main street merchant for wine sampling and horsd'oeuvres. In addition to the above, starting in May 2011 the Organization began making low interest loan to small local merchants.
