What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (AASCA) recognizes that governmental policy plays a tremendous role in determining the direction of the healthcare industry at both federal and state levels. AASCA provides educational seminars for members and non-members as well as providing advocacy at the federal and state levels regarding requlations and policy pertaining to the ambulatory surgery center industry
