IT WAS AGREED UPON TO FORM A LOCAL ASSOCIATION WHOSE MAJOR GOALS WOULD BE DEDICATED TO PROVIDING CUTTING HORSE EVENTS WITHIN THE FINANCIAL REACH OF ALL INTERESTED CUTTERS ON THE CENTRAL COAST. A SPECIAL EMPHASIS WOULD BE ON THE NOVICE RIDER. HORSE AND YOUTH CUTTER CLASSES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THIS GOAL WITH CLINICS AND PRACTICE CUTTINGS TO INSTRUCT THE NOVICE AND YOUTH CUTTERS OF THE MEMBERSHIP THE CENTRAL COAST CUTTING HORSE ASSCOCIATION.
