Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Board of Directors reviews and approves the monthly financial statements as well as the annual audited financial statements, thereby indirectly approving the Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Asset Liability Committee recommends the annual budget which includes a salary increase by percentage to the Board for approval each year; performance evaluations by management determine alloted percentages to staff. A Compensation Committee is appointed by the Chairman of the Board for the purpose of review of industry compensation data and to recommend any increase for the CEO last meeting in 2012.
