These are full membership categories. Certain other persons or businesses may be admitted as associate non-voting members at the discretion of the Board of Directors provided such persons or entities are engaged in activities that contribute to the general welfare of the manufactured housing industry. |
| Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a | At least 60 days in advance of each annual convention, the chair shall appoint a nominating committee of at least 3 Institute members who shall nominate the 4 officers and those directors to be elected at such convention. The report of the nominating committee shall be published to the membership at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting. Other nominations for those officers or directorships may be made by convention delegates. All directorships shall be elected for a term of 2 years. |
