2	Assist in building a cultural education and resource center among the Enga of Highland population in Papua New Guinea. Substantial funds have been contributed to this Center by Tradition and Transition Fund, as well as the PNG Sustainable Development Program and the Enga provincial government. The Center opened September 16, 2009. In 2013 $772 was spent for processing photos for educational material and $35,000 for the construction of ditches and walls to protect the Tradition and Transition Centre from flooding as climate is changing and rains have been exceptionally heavy. Else work was put on hold until the Enga Provincial Government honored its commitment to provide a grant and staff to develop a cultural outreach program. The commitment was honored in 2014 so work will begin again this year.	35,772
