THE FOUNDATION RECEIVED A $2 MILLION ANONYMOUS LEAD GIFT THAT ALLOWED FOR THE GROUNDBREAKING OF THE NEW AGRACE CENTER FOR HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE IN JANESVILLE. THE FACILITY WILL ENABLE AGRACE TO EXPAND THE HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES AGRACE PROVIDES IN AND AROUND ROCK COUNTY. THE FINANCIAL GOAL FOR THE "SHARING THE JOURNEY, BUILDING THE MEMORY" ROCK COUNTY CAPITAL CAMPAIGN IS $6.5 MILLION. THE FOUNDATION'S SUPPORT HAS HELPED AGRACE HOSPICECARE BUILD INPATIENT AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES, ENHANCE THE BREADTH AND QUALITY OF ITS SERVICES, AND EXPAND ITS REACH TO THOSE WHO NEED AGRACE HOSPICECARE SERVICES THROUGHOUT SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY.
