COPA membership grew to over 3,700 paid members in 2013. COPA members receive access to an online virtual community as well as a bi-monthly magazine. The online web site provides discussion forums, event calendar, blogs, knowledge repository, and multimedia files. The Cirrus Pilot magazine published 360 pages of articles about enjoying flying a Cirrus, technical and safety information.

COPA safety programs included a weekend recurrent training program CPPP, a one day decision-making seminar CDM, and a course for right-seat flyers Partner in Command. During 2013, 13 CPPP events in 5 countries attracted 525 participants, 18 CDM events in 2 countries attracted over 500 participants, and 104 partners attended PIC courses. COPA issued almost 1,000 credits in the FAA Wings program for safety program activities.
