What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA RECYLERS ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING EFFORTS IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, STATE AND LOCAL OFFICIALS ABOUT THE ROLE OF THE RECYCLING INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO OPERATED TO PROMOTE ETHICAL PRACTICES IN THE CUSTOMS AND USAGES OF THE TRADE; AND TO PROMOTE A GENERAL HARMONY AND FELLOWSHIP AMONG ITS MEMBERS, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AMONG THE MEMBERS FOR THEIR COMMON GOOD AND WELFARE.

EXPLANATION OF SEC 6033(E) EXPENDITURES FOR THE 2013 YEAR, IT IS THE POLICY OF THIS ORGANIZATION TO INFORM ITS MEMBERSHIP OF THE AMOUNT OF DUES OR SIMILAR ASSESSMENTS WHICH WERE REASONABLY EXPECTED TO BE ALLOCABLE TO THE POLITICAL AND/OR LOBBYING EXPENDITURES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
