Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7B	The certificate members are those members who have acquired and hold certificates of indebtedness. They have the right to vote with respect to any call of certificates of indebtedness to the extent provided in the articles of organization, any sale of mortgage of any land or buildings of the Club as provided in the articles of organization, and any amendment of the by-laws, the articles of organization, or charter of the Club.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8B	Not all committees keep minutes. The Club has 26 committees. The board of directors and executive committee keep minutes. Other committees submit a report annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11	A full copy of the 990 is made available to the board prior to its filing. The board is given a set number of days to review it and return any comments. The board has delegated the responsibility for the detail review of the Clubs tax returns prior to filing to the Finance and Executive Committees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Clubs governing documents and financial statements are maintained within the business office and are available upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Club has several classes of members who have the right to elect the members of the board of directors and its officers.
