Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	The credit union is a cooperative, made up of members who have the responsibility of electing the board of directors at the annual meeting and to vote on by-law and other changes as required by the State of Wisconsin and the NCUA.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is reviewed by the CFO and by the president.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The board of directors uses the Wisconsin Credit Union League wage survey to provide a guideline to compensation for the CEO. The CEO uses that same survey to determine the viability of the other key employees compensation.
