Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The President/CEO reviews the 990 prior to filing and copies are provided to the Board as informational.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The personnel policy addresses conflicts of interest. All staff and Board members are required to sign that they have received a copy of the policy.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Michigan Credit Union League Compensation survey is used by the compensation committee to determine compensation which is approved by the Board. Reviews are performed on anniversary dates. The President/CEO's last compensation review was January 2014 and the VP Accounting was September 2013. Key employee compensation is set by management within the budget approved by the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Monthly Financial Statements are displayed in the Credit Union lobby. All other governing documents are available for review upon request.
