What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of the Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce shall be to promote social,economic, and other business resources to enable its members to become successful entrepreneurs and professionals. This will be done by training, education, sharing of information,networking and other resources that will be made available through the Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce and Asian owned businesses. The Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce is anon-profit, non-partisan and non-sectarian organization and abides by the rules set forth via IRS 501 (c)(6) classification.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Scholarship Program: The Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce hosted 8th Annual Scholarship & Awards Gala in partnership with Utah Asian Charitable Foundation, an affiliated organization of Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce. The scholarships were for the Utah Asian students who contributed to the Community and maintained excellent academic performance. The mission of the UACC Scholarship is to help foster future Asian leaders.
