What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ADVANCEMENT OF CIVIC AND COMMERCIAL INTERESTS AND TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE AND PROSPERITY OF THE ELKO DOWNTOWN AREA.
