1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: The Tysons Partnership is a nonprofit organization comprised of Tysons stakeholders committed to supporting, advancing and creatively assisting in the redevelopment of Tysons into the unique, pedestrian-oriented, diverse, vibrant and economically successful urban core of Fairfax County. The Partnership is the vehicle for active participation (the "seat at the table") by the stakeholders in many of the programs, studies etc. which will be initiated in the coming years in order to successfully implement this Vision. The Partnership will play an active role in "drilling down" into the details of the new Tysons Corner Comprehensive Plan and will keep its members "in the loop" as developments unfold. Models for this organization range from the Roslyn Renaissance which essentially has focused on BID like functions as well as productive involvement in Design Review; the White Flint Partnership, the Denver Partnership and the Downtown (Denver) 2027 committee; and the Atlanta Midtown Alliance.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Tysons Partnership has two membership categories - Full Members and Associate Members. Individuals and entities in the Full Member category are each provided one seat (with voting rights) on the Governing Board and have the authority to vote on policy and direction. Associate Members do not have the right to vote on any organizational or policy decisions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Tysons Partnership has two membership categories - Full Members and Associate Members. Entities in the Full Member category are eligible for membership on the Governing Board which has the authority to vote on policy and direction. Associate Members do not have the right to vote on any organizational or policy decisions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Tysons Partnership engaged an external Certified Public Accountant to prepare its Form 990. Once the CPA completed a draft copy of Form 990, the organization's Executive Director reviewed the Form 990. Further, the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors reviewed the Form 990 before it was distributed to the full Board of Directors for information purposes.
