NEARLY 2,800 STUDENTS WERE ENTERTAINED INCLUDING 675 AT 11 PERFORMANCES FOR SAFETY TOWN DURING THE SUMMER.OPERATION BOOK SHELF PROVIDED 102 DELIVERY VISITS TO 9 HOMEBOUND PATRONS, AND $5,000 TO GOLETA LIBRARY TO PURCHASE LARGE PRINT BOOKS, BOOKS ON TAPE, DVDs, ETC.VERY IMPROVED PERFORMERS PROVIDED QUARTERLY LUNCHEONS AND AWARDS HONORING 141 NOMINATED MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH 256 GUESTS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN ACADEMICS, ATTENDANCE, ATTITUDE, CITIZENSHIP, HOMEWORK, AND BEHAVIOR.
