UNCERTAIN TAX POSITION SCHEDULE D, PART X, LINE 2 The Club follows guidance related to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. This guidance requires an organization to evaluate and account, if necessary, for uncertain positions taken on open income tax returns and positions expected to be taken in a soon to be filed tax return. The standard discusses the recognition threshold, methodology for financial statement recognition and guidance on de-recognition, classification, interest and penalties and disclosure. The Club did not record any interest or penalties on uncertain tax positions for the year ended October 31, 2013. If the Club were to incur an income tax liability in the future, interest would be reported as interest expense and penalties would be reported as income taxes. Federal and state authorities may examine the Club's tax returns for three years from the date of filing and the current and prior three years remain subject to examination as of October 31, 2013.

Managemenet Company FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 3 Billy Casper Golf LLC (BCG) was hired to provide general operational management services for the Club. Eastpointe Golf Management LLC (EPGM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Billy Casper Golf LLC, was created to provide these services. The services provided by EPGM include the following: - Responsible for all employees of the Country Club. - Obtain merchandise for the pro shop at the Club and food and beverage items, all in accordance with the Annual Budget and Program. - Supervise and manage the Club operations to Include golf pro shop, maintenance, food and beverage, membership sales efforts, practice facilities, administration, and other ancillary services (such as pool, tennis, spa and fitness, if applicable) at the Club. - BCG shall create, direct, and implement an annual marketing plan for the Club as part of the Annual Budget and Program. - Timely pay all vendors of the Club. Provide separate budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting services to the Club. The management company shall obtain the Club's prior written approval for (i) contracts In excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000), (ii) contracts in excess of twelve (12) months In duration unless the same can be terminated upon thirty (30) days written notice without cost or fee to the Club, and (iii) contracts with affiliates of the management company. No contract with an affiliate of the management company shall be effective until the Club's written approval is obtained. Matt Wilson, the general manager of the Club, is employed by the management company. No trustee's, directors, or governors are compensated by the Club nor the management company.
