Part VI Governance, Management, and Disclosure	Q.6. Members of the club have equal ownership in the club. Potential new members are nominated by current members and need to go through an Admission process in order to be approved for membership. Q.7a. Voting members may elect the Governing Board at annual membership meetings. Q.7b. The Annual operating and capital budgets are approved by the membership. The membership also needs to approve any Capital expenditure that exceeds $100,000. Q.11b. Form 990 is presented to the Treasurer at a scheduled Finance Committee meeting to review and discuss and reported to the Board of Governors. Q.12c. (Conflict of Interest) During the annual review/audit of the club's financial, the Finance Committee is presented with vendor spending lists to review and discuss in relation to conflicts. Q.19. The Club does not directly make its governing documents readily available for the Public. We have a hard copy of financial statements and Conflict of Interest Policy available upon request at our address.
