BTA HELPS ITS MEMBERS PROFIT THROUGH A WIDE VARIETY OF SERVICES, INCLUDING FREE LEGAL ADVICE AND GUIDANCE, BUSINESS BENCHMARKING STUDIES AND REPORTS, INFORMATION ON THE LATEST NEWS, TRENDS, AND PRODUCTS IN THE INDUSTRY, STRONG EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS, AND INDUSTRY SPECIFIC PUBLICATIONS, THE OFFICE TECHNOLOGY MAGAZINE AND BTA HOTLINE ONLINE. Part VI, Part B, Line 12	We have a written conflict of interest policy that requires our directors to annually disclose potential conflicts of themselves and their family members on a questionnaire distributed by our Executive Director. The Executive Director ensures that all questionnaires are completed, reviews them for conflicts, and submits to the Board for review any questionnaires that disclose actual or potential conflicts.
