In addition, every couple of years the board of directors obtains a compensation study to evaluate industry standards of compensation which is used to assess appropriate compensation. For all individuals with compensation less than $100,000 the compensation is reviewed and approved by the president on an annual basis and presented to the board of directors in the annual budget.
