What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Formed to be a a serve and support group to provide student housing for young men currently enrolled at Western Kentucky University under the umbrella of the International Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, a 501(c)7 Corporation. Activities include securing the services necessary for the house, debt service, repairs, and general oversight of the house. The corporation is not a membership organization, has no dues, and produces no publications or printed materials.
