THE THREE IMPACT AREAS INCLUDE EDUCATION (HELPING CHILDREN AND YOUTH ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL); INCOME (HELPING FAMILIES BECOME MORE STABLE AND INDEPENDENT); HEALTH (IMPROVING PEOPLE'S HEALTH). A TOTAL OF 27 COMMUNITY PARTNERS RECEIVING GRANTS THAT SUPPORT 34 DIFFERENT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE PROGRAMS.
