Part I Line 4b	The credit union has entered into a deferred compensation agreement with its President as of November 20, 2002. The agreement was designed to function under Internal Revenue Code Section 457 as a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. As of December 31, 2013 the benefit that would have been payable under the contract amounted to 38,407.
