	We have deposit, transaction, and investment accounts with 6953 members at 12/31. During 2013, we opened 1644 new deposit, transaction and investment accounts.

CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a	The Board is given a compensation survey for the state of Wisconsin for credit unions put out by the Wisconsin Credit Union League. The survey contains many salary comparisons for the CEO position including salary by different asset sizes.
Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	A summary of the financial statements is handed out each year to the membership at the Annual Meeting. We provide a privacy statement to the membership annually. We do not make policies or forms available to the public unless a member requests the information and we are required to give that information to the public by regulation or law.
