SCHEDULE I, PART 1, LINE 2 SELECTED SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS FOR THE INNOVA SCHOLARSHIP MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF ENROLLMENT AT THEIR INSTITUTION ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. ONCE PROOF OF ENROLLMENT IS RECEIVED BY PLTW, A CHECK IS PROCESSED AND MAILED TO THEIR INSTITUTION ACCOMPANIED BY A LETTER EXPLAINING THE PURPOSES OF THE FUNDS. THE FUNDS ARE TO BE APPLIED TO THE STUDENTS FALL TUITION UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE BY THE STUDENT. SELECTED RECIPIENTS OF THE ENGINEERS IN THE CLASSROOM SCHOLARSHIP RECEIVE A RENEWAL LETTER AND FORM AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CALENDAR YEAR. THE STUDENT MUST RETURN THE FOLLOWING: (I) A COMPLETED RENEWAL FORM, (II) A LETTER INDICATING THEY ARE IN GOOD STANDING FROM THEIR UNIVERSITY, AND (III) A TRANSCRIPT FROM THEIR INSTITUTION. IF THE STUDENT MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS, A CHECK IS PROCESSED AND IS SENT TO THEIR INSTITUTION ACCOMPANIED BY A LETTER EXPLAINING THE PURPOSE OF THE FUNDS.
