Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 and Audited Financial statements are made available to committee members prior to the September Finance Committee and Board meetings and the main schedules are reviewed at the meetings. Also, the calculation of the organization's overhead rate is discussed and reviewed as well as the United Way Worldwide membership standards.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Annually the policy is reviewed at a Board meeting and the Board members are required to submit a signed form about any conflicts of interest. This is also required for any new Board members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Annually the Human Resources Committee reviews all staff compensation levels which are contrasted and compared for reasonableness to salary levels at other United Ways and non profits of similiar size and within similiar geographic regions. The Executive Committee also reviews and approves annually the compensation level of the CEO in comparison to other United Ways and non profits of similiar size using surveys and Form 990 information.
