FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C AT EACH ANNUAL BOARD MEETING, COPIES OF THE ORGANIZATION'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE DISTRIBUTED TO EACH MEMBER AND ARE REINFORCED BY THE AGENCY'S CEO AND BOARD CHAIR. EACH EMPLOYEE, AT THE TIME OF HIRE, IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE AGENCY'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY. USING THESE SOURCES OF INFORMATION, THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETS IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND DETERMINES THE SALARY TO BE PAID TO THE CEO, WHICH IS THEN MEMORALIZED IN A MULTI-YEAR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION C, LINE 19 THE ORGANIZATION MAKES ITS GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST.
