The Board of Trustees shall, from time to time, establish criteria for membership in the organization, which may include a requirement that a person (i) make a charitable contribution to the organization, (ii) be a participant in the provision of services or programs, or (ii) be a recipient of services of the organization, provided that such person has reached his or her 18th birthday. The affairs of the organization will be managed by its Board of Trustees, each member of which shall be at least twenty-five years of age. All vacant positions on the Board of Trustees shall be elected by a vote of the members of the organization at its annual meeting. Each member of the organization shall have one vote, and the nominees with the greatest number of votes shall be elected and qualified to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees for a term of three years.
