Asset material diversion Part VI line 5	Board members of the Elks Lodge became aware of a ranking member who was not following his prescribed responsibilites. There is suspicion that this member may have used funds for his own gain though this cannot be proven in a court of law.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The organization has members, officers and an executive board all of who work together for the good of the community. The officers help lead and guide the members.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	All members have the right to nominate another members name for participation in the governing body of the organization. Once the names have been submitted and reviewed the members are then asked to vote for the candidate they believe will best fill the position.
